  • How to sign-up, register and login?

    You can register at FiPME with your Google and Facebook login or you can register via email. Just go to our website www.fipme.eu and click the button register. Click the Captcha so that the software know you are a human. You will receive an email to verify your email address. You won’t be able to login before your email address is not confirmed. Choose a save password, verify that you have read the “Terms and Conditions”, “Privacy Policy” and that you are at least 18 years old and you are ready to go. You can register at FiPME with your Google or Facebook login or you can register via email.

  • How does a trade work?

    Trading on the FiPME exchange works the same as on any other commodity and stock exchange and is easy as pie. The term bid and offer refers to a two-way price quotation that indicates the best potential price at which an item and service can be sold and bought at a given point in time. The bid price represents the maximum price that a buyer is willing to pay for an item or service. The offer price represents the minimum price that a seller is willing to take for that same. A trade or transaction occurs when a buyer in the market is willing to pay the best offer available—or is willing to sell at the highest bid. The difference between bid and offer prices, or the spread, is a key indicator of the liquidity of the market.
    Bid
    A bid price is a price for which somebody is willing to buy an item or service. Generally, a bid is lower than an offered price, or “Offer” price, which is the price at which people are willing to sell. The difference between the two prices is called a bid-ask spread.

    An offer price is a price for which somebody is willing to sell an item or service. Generally, an offer is higher than a buying price, or “Bid” price, which is the price at which people are willing to buy. The difference between the two prices is called a bid-ask spread.
  • How can I sell my item?

    Select the game to which the item(s) you want to sell belong(s) in the “markets” selection on the left side of the starting screen. You can do so by browsing the through the games or search by name in the search field. Select the item you want to sell inside the game by clicking on the upper part of the tile of the item to jump to the market of the item. If you move your cursor to this area you see a magnifying lense. If you click on the lower part of the tile of the item you see a quick overview (with a chart) You are now looking at the “orderbook”, In the green fields are shown the buying interest of other market participants (to you could sell to with quantities and prices) & In the red fields are shown the selling interests of other market participants (from which you could buy with quantities and prices) You have the possibility to toggle between to looks by turning on or off the professional (view of the) orderbook.

    1. Go to “place your order section”.
    2. Put in the amount of items you want to sell in the field “quantity” (QTY)
    3. Put in the minimum price you are willing to sell the item at in the field “Price”
    4. Hit the red “Sell-Button” – to put your order live. If your order has been matched Go to the “deals in progress” selection, which you can reach on the main screen (left side) and follow the process of “fulfilling a trade” to finalize you trade. Further explanation / more details: If you put the highest actual bid (green) as your selling price you will trade immediately - at least the quantity the highest bid is for (quantity). If you put a higher price, your order will be shown (in red) as a selling interest in the market and you must wait until (if) anybody else is trading your price. E.g. It might be possible that you “hit a Bid” (you put in a as your selling price the price of the highest bid) with your wish to sell more (quantity) of the item than the bid was for (the buyer does not want to buy as many of the item you want to sell) , that the “Bid price” become the offer price with the leftover of your order.

    All your actions can be reviewed at you “audit trail” which you can find on any market screen below the graph (on the right side) All traded prices of an item in the past can be revied in the “Times and Sales” section at the same place (other tab) for the actual item.
    More possibilities:
    If you cannot find the item you want to sell (or even the game) you have the possibility to “request a new market opening”. By sending this request to us, we will check if we can open this market and put it live if possible.
    Good for you:
    If you are the first one to request a market opening you become the “market opener” and a small part of the commission will be credited to your account, whenever a trade in this market id successfully finalized.
  • How can I buy an item?

    If you want to buy an item:
    Select the game to which the item(s) you want to buy belong(s) in the “markets” selection on the left side of the starting screen. You can do so by browsing the through the games or search by name in the search field.

  • Why can I not set bid or offers?

    That can have different reasons:

    1. Your counterpart would be yourself and trading with yourself is not allowed.
    Always put in bids that are lower than your offer, and offer that are higher than your bids

    2. Your account balance is not enough to put in a bid.
    Got to ‘Wallet / Transactions’ and top up your account and you will be good to go.

    3. Your selling limits have been reached.
    Execute your Sales or delete working sales and you are good to go again.

    4. A banned account is forbidden to enter new trades.
    Talk to the admin. It seems you did something forbidden.
  • What is the order book and how does it work?

    Your order book is your central account where you can delete, change and update your existing orders and where you can see your order history. You can search for orders or you can choose only ids, offers or open orders by clicking the tick box.
  • How does the delivery work?

    Once you have a match with your order go to “Deals in progress”.
    • You will see you trade push the button “Open Chat”.
    • You now can check and agree on a date, time, wallet address or a place to deliver the good.
    • Please use gentle language.
    • If your game is a blockchain game the proof of delivery are your wallets.
    • In case of ingame delivery please make sure you have a proof (video, screenshot) of the delivery in case there is a dispute.
  • Time slots explained - My trading partner does not respond, what should I do?



    Upon the first Gamer opens the chat the 48h timer does not stop. Once the second Gamer opened the chat on his end, the 48h timer stops and a new 24h timer starts.
    • This new timer stops when:
    • The deal gets scheduled (both Gamers' scheduled dates match)
    • The deal gets Waiting for the Buyer’s confirmation or Closed statuses
    • The deal gets cancelled by both Gamers If the Seller confirms he transferred the items to the Buyer the deal gets Waiting for the Buyer’s confirmation status, the Buyer gets a notification to his email about the Seller confirmed the deal.
    From that moment the Buyer has 24 hours to confirm the deal or reach to the admin in to complain. Admin would block the deal and stop the payment executing (in case the Buyer founds he was deceived). If the deal Waiting for the Buyer’s confirmation still stays not confirmed by the Buyer for 24 hours and the Admin does not block it - it gets Closed status automatically (Buyer and Seller get the notification that the money was released).



    If no one of them confirmed the deal the system processes it the same way as “No chat opening flow” - taking the commission from both, money gets refunded to the Buyer (minus commission)
    The open order can be cancelled with no financial consequences. Escrowed and non- scheduled deals can be cancelled by mutual agreement only, with both paying commissions. If one Gamer initiated the cancelling and the other Gamer did not confirm cancelling, the system ignores it (the cancelling request) Scheduled deals flow If the item exchange date is set by the Game rules the users should have the ability to schedule the future date for the item’s exchange. The period available for scheduling starts from two days after the orders matching and ends in 33 days from that date. On scheduling the deal, the users can not choose the date behind that period. The Seller and Buyer should schedule the date within 24h after the latest of them opened the chat. After that time the scheduling option becomes not available and not editable. The date scheduled by the Buyer and Seller should match. If dates do not match, the system informs the user via pop up right on choosing him the date that it does not match and that the deal is considered as non-scheduled. If the dates match, the deal gets Scheduled status. From the scheduled date the system starts the second timer for 24h during which the Buyer and Seller should confirm the deal. Here the system applies the same flow as for the escrowed deals with both sides opened chats. The scheduled deals flow diagram with Seller-side confirmation only:

    The scheduled deal can be cancelled mutually with the same consequences and flows as for non-scheduled and non-confirmed deal. Any kind of confirmed deal - cannot be cancelled. Also Admin can Block/Unblock the deal which stops/releases the current flow.

    Deal statuses
    “Open” - when orders are matched. Counterparts (buyer and seller) are informed about the matching and goes to Deals page to start the deal. Counterparts have 24 hours for starting the deal. The funds of the buyer are escrowed. From this stage, neither contractors can’t cancel the deal unilaterally. The deal can be cancelled by the confirmation of both parts only. So, if one from contractors cancels the deal - the flow doesn't change. If the only second contractor also cancels - the deal is considered to be cancelled.

    “Started by one contractor” - one of the contractors opens the chat. The deal is started. The second contractor must open the chat to proceed to next status (stage). The second contractor has 24 hours for opening the chat.

    “Started by both contractors” - the contractors begin to discuss the schedule of the deal. They have 24 hours to schedule the deal.

    “Scheduled“ - both contractors agreed on the date and time that to proceed the delivering the item

    “Waiting for delivery“ - the scheduled time is started. Contractors have 24 hours for delivering an item from seller to buyer.

    “Confirmed by seller“ - seller indicates he has delivered the item to buyer. This status is optional because if a buyer earliest confirms the delivering - we don’t need to wait for confirming from the seller.

    “Confirmed by buyer“ - buyer confirms the delivering. Now the system must transfer escrowed funds from buyer to seller and takes the appropriate commissions.

    “Closed“ - All funds are transferred.

    “Cancelled“ - both parts cancelled the deal

    “Freeze“ - on the stage “Waiting for delivery“ time is up and no one from contractors didn’t confirm the delivery.

    “Cancelled by admin” - admin cancel the deal. There can be various reasons for that.

    “Freeze“ status because both contractors don’t react. One of the contractors didn’t proceed with the deal. For example, a seller doesn’t proceed the deal - no actions from him on the deal page

    How to obtain your iMMUTABLE X / God’s Unchained wallet address?
    To receive a God’s Unchained card in your wallet you need to have linked your wallet to the „God’s Unchained game“. If you did not register as a God’s unchained player at all head to: and register.
    If you want to link you wallet to your God’s Unchained engine,
    1. log in
    2. click on the tab „Market“
    3. open the pull down menu
    4. select „buy and sell“
    5. follow the process to link your wallet
    If you do not have a wallet at all, we suggest to open a „metamask wallet“ .
    Follow the guided process to open your wallet. Be careful during the process! It is similar to a bank account, but if you lose your log in credentials and security phrase NOBODY can retrieve it. You can link more wallets to your God’s Unchained engine – metamask just is our suggestion. Finally, to see your wallet address, head into your wallet and copy your Ethereum (ETH) wallet address.
  • How to receive a Gods Unchained card after successfully trading (buying) on the FiPME Exchange?

    When a trade was matched you find it in the section „deals in progress “.
    1. Go there (deals in progress) and you see the tile of the trade
    2. Open the chat and tell the seller your (God’s Unchained) wallet address
    (if you do not know your wallet address, please got to section „how do I find my wallet address“)
    E.g. Write „Hello! I bought your card 1234. Please send it to my wallet [x69walletofimmutablex5“]
    Wait until the seller did send the card.
    • You receive an E-Mail when the seller confirms the delivery

    • Check your inventory (at tokentrove or iMMUTABLE X)

    1. If you have received the card
    2. Head back to FiPME app // Deals in progress // the tile of the trade
    3. Confirm the delivery (hit yellow button “confirm delivery”)

  • How can I top up my account?



    1. Go to Wallet / Transactions in your menu
    2. Click on the “Refill” button
    3. Follow the PayPal instructions
    4. Use your payment method: Credit Card or PayPal
    Depending on your payment method it might takes a few minutes and you can see the balance in your account.
  • What does the use of the FiPME Exchange cost me?

    For entering the FiPME Exchange NO costs will be charged.
    The user just pay commissions for executed trades.
    This means both trading partner have been matched in the orderbook of a market (Buyer and seller agreed the same price and number of a specific good) and the deal was successfully settled:
    The buyer did receive the good or service.
    In this case b-chain advisory charges 1,89% (incl. VAT) of the total amount of the deal to the buyer and the seller. We thought this is the fairest way to share the costs!
    This means / examples:
    If you want to buy an item for EUR 100, you need EUR 101,89 in your wallet, because if your order is matched and the deal is settled, you need a total of EUR 100 (item) plus EUR 1,89 (fee) totalling EUR 101,89.
    If you are selling an Item for EUR 100, you will receive (from a successfully finalized deal) EUR 100 (item) minus EUR 1,89 (fee) = EUR 98,11.
    Please be aware that you always need to have the amount you want to put a buying order on the market PLUS the possible upcoming fee in your wallet.
    At this moment there are no further fees using the FiPME Exchange, operated by b-chain advisory GmbH.
    Due to the fact, that we want to offer you best commission rates, we need to recover the costs of payment, which is PayPal at this moment.
    The actual costs PayPal charges us to receive the money we will charge to you and if there are any costs to pay your money if requested, we will charge these costs to you as well.
  • Why Do I need to enter real information?

    Trading items of value requires that we follow KYC and AML procedures as well as those stipulated by PayPal and credit card processors. It is mandatory that we have your clear/real name and full address.
    You are just allowed to use your PayPal account to pay in and pay out money.
    For withdrawals of bigger sums, we might procedure a full KYC “know your customer” with you.
  • How much commission do I pay?

    FiPME takes 1.89 % from each buyer and seller. This commission is for rewards of the publisher for the great game, the gamer who put effort in to referal new users in order to make the exchange better and the one who support FiPME with the opening of the market. Although the costs of the exchange might be covered by this commission.
    The payment provider might takes a separate fee which occur when you send/receive money from FiPME. (fee – structure PayPal)
  • How can I withdraw money?

    1. You click on your Wallet balance.
    2. Put in your desired sum for withdrawal
    3. Write your PayPal account email
    4. Send the request
  • How long does it take till I receive my money?

    To comply with Anti Money Laundry, Know Your Customer and other rules and regulations we need to check your request and once approved we might send the money to your account. The check should be done with 48 hrs.
  • Can I deposit money without PayPal?

    You can use your credit card to pay in.
  • Why is my account negative?

    If your account becomes negative it means you tried to sell an item, service, NFT and you and your counterpart mutual agreed to cancel the deal. The negative balance is the commission which still needs to get paid. Please refill your wallet in order to use your account again.
  • Is it possible to trade on FiPME using crypto currencies?

    At the moment you FiPME cannot provide crypto payments due to regulation.
  • Complaints



    To complain you push the button “To Complain” in your info window in you Deals in progress.
    Once you did that a form opens with all info regarding your current deal. Please choose one of the option for the “Reason to complain”. Please notice some reasons might block the current deal.
    In the field below please add links to a shared file of the screenshots or to the video which prove you fulfilled your commitment. Pls explain in the description field in 1-2 sentences what happened.
  • I think there is a fraudulent offer in the market, what should I do?

    Please contact the administration if you have the feeling of fraudulent Bids and Offers.

    What is a service, item, ingame currency and NFT?
    • Ingame item – everything you can find inside a game except currency, e.g. a sword, vehicle, the golden rainbow, skins, etc.
    • Ingame currency – can be used to buy items or services inside a game (functioning the same as money in real life)
    • Services – can be a boost, training or lean lesson. Someone over his knowledge for a specific task to you
    • NFT – might be art, music and more that can be wrapped into an NFT

  • Why are there selling limits?

    If you are new to the FiPME Exchange, you have a selling limit. This is a security layer for the users and the exchange. Once you have done some trading this selling limits increase.
  • Is trading on FiPME safe?

    Nothing is 100% safe in life, but we try our best to provide a safe and secure marketplace. We use AWS servers, monitored and secured by Amazon. For the payment we use the PayPal world so no mixture of different payment providers and for the transactions we use internal secured Escrow accounts. So the seller can be sure that the money is available to ready to be paid out whenever the underlying changed hands.
  • How does FiPME ensure that I get my item?

    Currently deals are completed between the buyer and seller. We provide you with a best in class process to handover the item ingame. As soon as a game publisher is connected to FiPME through API we guarantee trades always get completed. (players can request their publishers to make the connection)

  • Does FiPME owm my items?

    FiPME never owns your items. You will stay in control of your item and personally hand it over to your buyer.
